Prices, taxes and customs
All prices are in Euros and include German VAT 19 %. If you live outside of EU, you may be charged a customs fee and VAT as the shipment reach your country. The amount of customs fee and VAT depends on the legislation of your country and total cost of your order. This is beyond the control of No Colours Records.
Based on the total price of your order you may be eligible for discount code, which you can use with your next order. Just enter the code that you have received in an email from us at the checkout. The code is only valid one time.
We offer bank deposit/direct transfer as options of paying for your order, in addition to any current service for paying with a credit/debit card that Shopify offer.
The adressé of your order is No Colours Records GmbH. All information neccessary to make a payment of your order, by direct transfer from your bank are:

Shipping times and prices
We ship worldwide. The shipping costs vary depending on your country of residence, rates differ whether it is a domestic order (inside Germany) or international (the rest of the world). Shipping costs include a shipping and handling fee.
All orders are shipped within 5 (five) working days after we have received your order. Please note that during holiday seasons such as Christmas, Easter, Midsummer and New Years Eve, it might take more days for delivery than usual due to the differing bank holidays in different countries, and also most package and post handling services are extremely busy before Christmas, sometimes resulting in extremely long delivery times.
You will receive a notification e-mail when your order is shipped, or in case of pre-order items you will receive an order confirmation with the expected shipping date of your order.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All returns and exchange requests must be made within 30 days of shipment from us. If 30 days have gone by since the shipping of your order, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for authorisation, before you send anything back, stating the reason for the return of the product. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
