Prices, taxes and customs

All prices are in euros and include VAT 19 %. In addition to that, if you leave outside of EU, you might have to pay customs tax. The amount of customs tax depends on the legislation of your country and total cost of your order.

Based on the total price of your order you might be eligible for discount code, which you can use with your next order. Just enter the code, you have been given by email from us, at the checkout and remember, code is only valid once.


Payment options

We offer cash on delivery, bank deposit as different options of paying for your order.

Cash on delivery is possible only for shipping inside of Germany. In case you chose it anyway, we will contact you to choose alternative payment method.

Shipping times and prices

We ship worldwide. The shipping costs vary depending on your country of residence, rates differ whether it is a domestic order (inside Germany) or international (the rest of the world). Shipping costs include shipping and handling fee.

All orders are shipped within 5 (five) working days after we have received your order. Please note that during holiday seasons such as Christmas, Easter, Midsummer and New Years Eve it might take more days for delivery than usual due to the differing bank holidays in different countries.

You will receive a notification e-mail when your order is shipped, or in case of pre-order products you will receive an order receival confirmation with further data on the expected shipping date of your order.



We only replace items, if they are defective or damaged. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the ship date. If 30 days have gone by since the shipping of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You must email us at for authorization before you send anything back, stating also the reason for returning the product.
