A: When you make a payment, please always use your order number and your first and last name in the title of the transaction (i.e. NCR181100 John Doe).

Q: In which countries do you ship?
A: We ship worldwide.
Q: How much are the shipping costs?
A: The shipping cost includes postage and handling fee and it varies depending whether the shippments is shipped inside Germany, Europe or the rest of the world.
You will see your shipping cost before the final confirmation of your order.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: After payment is received, your order is shipped within 5 working days. However if an order includes a pre-sale item, be sure to make two separate orders for items on stock and the ones on pre-sale, to receive the items on stock sooner.
Please note that during holiday seasons such as Christmas, Easter, Midsummer and New Years Eve it might take more days for delivery than usual due to the differing bank holidays in different countries. You will be notified when your order is shipped on your email.
Q: When and how can I return an item?
A: We only replace items, if they are defective or damaged. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the ship date. You must email us at email@example.com for authorization before you send anything back, stating also the reason for returning the product. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. More about returning process you can find under Terms & Conditions (at the bottom of this page).
Q: Do you offer any discount codes?
A: We offer discount code in case of bigger orders (based on our desicion) or in case of special promotions. If that is the case, you will be notified by our newsletter.
