Q: Which payment options do we offer?
A: For now we offer bank deposit/transfer, and any credit/debit card options that shopify offers as a default service to all their shops.
Q: Which information should I use to make a payment for my order?
A: When you make a payment, please always use your order number and your first and last name in the title of the transaction (i.e. NCR181100 John Doe).

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship worldwide.
Q: How much are the shipping costs?
A: The shipping cost includes postage and handling fee. The shipping prices varies by the following categories: domestic (inside Germany), Europe and the rest of the world.
The shipping cost of your order will be displayed before the final confirmation of your order.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: After payment is received, your order is shipped within 5 working days. If your order contains pre-order items, the shipping will be within 5 working days of the pre-order item arriving at our HQ, the estimated arrival day is noted as "Release date" on the item. If you want items currently in stock shipped immediately (within 5 working days), make two different orders; one containing "in stock" items, and one containing "pre-order" items.
Please note that during holiday seasons such as Christmas, Easter, Midsummer and New Years Eve, it might take more days for delivery than usual due to the differing bank holidays in different countries, and also most package and post handling services are extremely busy before Christmas, sometimes resulting in extremely long delivery times.
You will receive a notification e-mail when your order is shipped, or in case of pre-order items you will receive an order confirmation with the expected shipping date of your order.
Q: When and how can I return an item?
A: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All returns and exchange requests must be made within 30 days of shipment from us. If 30 days have gone by since the shipping of your order, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for authorisation, before you send anything back, stating the reason for the return of the product. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Q: Do you offer any discount codes?
A: You will receive a discount code by email when your order exceeds €250, or by special sales, promotions or campaigns that we announce in our newsletter.
