Refund Policy



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All returns and exchange requests must be made within 30 days of shipment from us. If 30 days have gone by since the shipping of your order, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. Email us at for authorisation, before you send anything back, stating the reason for the return of the product. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please ensure that you receive an undamaged package at the post office or any other package delivery service. Do not accept a visibly damaged shipment (i.e. a torn, bent, wet, or in any other way visibly damaged package ). If necessary, open and inspect it in the presence of the postal worker, if you find any item damaged or have any complaint you wish to proceed with, write down the name of the postal worker. Demand to fill in a damage report and complaint at the site that you are picking up the package. If possible, you should refuse the receiving of the package. Unfortunately complaints on damaged packages practices does vary from country to country, so you might experience different practices than what is described here. We recommend that you read up on your rights as a customer to the postal services, so that you know the correct way to deal with any issue that may arise. Asking for the name of the postal worker is always correct.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that we shipped it and in its original packaging.

Goods that are exempt from being returned: Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept return of intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.


Additional non-returnable items:

Gift cards, downloadable software products, and health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, unless you have made an agreement to return it direct to them. In this case No Colours Records will regard the purchase to be accepted and complete, any complaints will then be between you and the manufacturer.



Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email that we have received your returned item. The email will tell you of our approval or rejection of the refund.

Approved; then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow normal processing times of our bank.

 If your refund is late or missing.

Please allow normal processing times of our bank, check with your own bank if they have additional processing time. Then you may want contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, and only they know how long time this can take.

A good "rule of thumb", let 2 weeks pass before expecting the refund to show up.

If you have done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at and we will look into it from our side.


Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.



Only items that are defective or damaged will be exchanged.  If your item is defective or damaged and you need it replaced, send us an email at and send your item to: No Colours Records, Gröppendorfer Weg 5, Mügeln Ot Schleben, DE 04769.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift crertificate of the items value upon your return. Once the returned item is receivedack at our shop b, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later as a gift, we will send a refund to the purchaser. We will not be able to refund or return anything to anyone else than the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the refund will only contain the total of the returned items.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns that is lost in the shipping process, and a tracked package is the responsibility of the shipping company/postal service.
